Once you sign in, you can click on your name in the upper right corner, and then click on My Account. Then, on the left side, click Completed Courses.
If you are still unable to find your completion data, it may be under a different email address. In this case, please sign out and sign in again with the correct email address. To find the correct address, you can search for any Learning Center welcome emails that you have received.

Please enter your email address for the CyberPeak Learning Center into the password reset page. Information will be then emailed to you if you have previously created an account tied to that email address. (You may need to check your spam folder to find the information.)
If you do not receive a response within a few minutes, it's likely that your email address was not found. Please note that your email address may be different from the one you used for your CyberPeak account.
Can you find an email welcoming you to the CyberPeak Learning Center? If so, please verify that you are using that email address to sign in. If not, then you may not yet have created an account.

We're sorry the lab didn't work for you. Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help:
A certificate is issued as soon as you complete all lessons within your course! Be sure to click Complete & continue on every lesson to reach 100% completion. After that, you can simply click Get your certificate to download it as a PDF.
Please try the login page again in a Chrome Incognito window to ensure that your browser plugins or settings are not breaking the login form. You may also need to clear your cache history for all time and try again.
If you're using a password manager, such as 1Password, please check your saved credentials to make sure that only your email address and password are saved. If there's another field you don't recognize, it may have automatically saved hidden fields used by the form to prevent spam. Please delete those details and try again.
